Phase 1: Foundational Immersion

  • Format: 90-minute live virtual kickoff + 2.5-day in-person intensive.
  • The Work: Participants complete 30 coach-specific education hours through applied coaching labs, structured practice, and direct, real-time feedback.
  • Target Audience: Organizational leaders, internal coaches, and independent practitioners building a professional practice.

Optional Phase 2: Mentored Development

  • Format: 3-month remote development arc. (Enrollment available following completion of Phase 1).
