No. While managers benefit greatly, this training is designed for anyone who needs to give or receive feedback effectively — from individual contributors to senior leaders.

Yes

To maintain opportunity for engagement and manageability of breakout sessions, we recommend capping each session at 35. Larger groups can be split into multiple sessions.

No pre-work is required. We do, however, encourage participants to bring real feedback scenarios to practice with during the session.

No. We will need the full time allotment as we are retraining ineffective and inefficient feedback habits that people have built up over a lifetime.
